Our glycerin-based shaving creams are an excellent way to achieve an incredibly close, yet comfortable shave. Although not required, we recommend using one of our badger haired shaving brushes for the optimal shaving experience.

Scent: Soft base notes of sandalwood, tonka and cedarwood, while delicate middle accords of lavender, thyme and jasmin blend easily with fruity twists of pineapple and melon. Top notes of lemon and bergamot give a perfect finishing touch.

Great shave and finish - head shaving

An old school pleasure. This was recommended at a specialty barber shop for head shaving. Amazing soft butter-like consistency in the tub, melts at skin temperature when applied. Very smooth and easy shave, far superior to any foam I have used. Leaves the skin supple and moisturized, and of course smelling great.

Sandalwood Shaving Cream My No 1 Cream

Wonderful cream. I tried many creams over the past 4 years and this just became my No 1 cream.

MY FAVORITE

I have taylor of old bond street and castle forbes shaving cream. Truefitt is the one I like best for the smell. It doesn't lather with quite the foam of taylor, but it is more 'fluffy' than what castle forbes lathers up to. I prefer this cream because of the great smell and the thickness of the lather. It is super concentrated so a bowl should last a very long time. It is worth the cost.

The Best!

I have been shaving with this product for nearly 10 years. It is the best saving cream I have ever used. You need to use it with a good brush, but if you do, you will be amazed how little cream it takes produce a thick, rich lather. A tub of this cream lasts 4-5 months, shaving every morning. I have tried several fragrances over the years, and none of them is especially strong (which is a plus for me). I prefer the Sandalwood, however, because it seems to work better on my sensitive skin.
