Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Truefitt & Hill NA will gladly accept returns of unused purchases (except for colognes, which are final sale due to postal regulations, hair & shaving brushes, razors, deodorant, combs and manicure sets) within 28 days of their purchase date, unused and in their original packaging.

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Truefitt & Hill NA will not be responsible for exchanging retail store purchases, (they must be returned to the retailer they were purchased from), only purchases that originated at www.truefittandhill.ca.
Note: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as well as the shipping cost of the return if a return label is processed for your convenience.

In order to qualify for a return please email details to info@truefittandhill.com with your request, and proof of purchase, and confirmation will be provided. Please do not return your purchase without authorization.
Gift Cards purchased at www.truefittandhill.ca are non-refundable and only redeemable at www.truefittandhill.ca .

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the original packaging and condition of contents (unused and not damaged).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take a couple of business days to show on your credit card.
Note: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as well as the shipping cost of the return if a return label is processed for your convenience.

Please note, we have a 24 hour price adjustment window for discount codes and promotions for orders placed on www.truefittandhill.ca. Any orders placed more than 24 hours prior or 24 hours after a promotion are not eligible for a price adjustment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged (note : all products/hardware are double checked before shipping) within 30 days of purchase.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@truefittandhill.com prior to returning your defective item. Upon receipt we will inspect and confirm.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an email gift card will be forwarded by email to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
